Dar numai pentru o perioada de maxcim 30 de zile, timp \u00een care consumatorul este obligat sa-si repare instalatiile proprii si comune de alimentare cu energie termica pentru \u00eencalzire. Scaderea de la plata se efectueaza \u00een baza unei cereri scrise, vizata (semnatura si stampila)de administratorul asociatiei de proprietari si \u00een urma verificarii la fata locului de catre personalul ENET ; cererea se depune la Serviciul Comercial pana in data de 25 a lunii de facturare \u2013 nu este suficient sa anuntati lucratorii de la punctele termice sau Dispeceratul;<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1052\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1052\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-square-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-square-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">\u00cen ce conditii ma pot debransa de la \u00eencalzire?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1052\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1052\"><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">Conditiile de obtinere a avizului de debransare de la \u00eencalzire sunt stabilite de Legea nr.325\/2006 si Ordinul ANRSC nr. 91\/2007 si sunt urmatoarele:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">&#8211; documentatia tehnica care reconsidera ansamblul instalatiilor termice (\u00eentocmita de un proiectant autorizat),vizata de conducerea asociatiei de proprietari (care primeste un exemplar), la care se ataseaza:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">-cerere de avizare a debransarii, vizata de administratorul asociatiei de proprietari,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">-acordul vecinilor de apartament (at\u00e2t pe orizontala c\u00e2t si pe verticala), din care sa rezulte ca sunt de acord cu debransarea si cunosc influientele acesteia asupra conditiilor de confort si de mediu din spatiile pe care le detin \u00een proprietate,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">-acordul scris al asociatiei de proprietari, exprimat prin hotar\u00e2rea adunarii generale asupra intentiei de realizare a unui sistem alternativ de \u00eencalzire,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">&#8211; adeverinta cu plata la zi a energiei termice,<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;\">&#8211; procesul verbal de montare a contorului de gaze naturale (solicitantul este obligat sa aiba montat aparat de masurare a debitului de gaze naturale pe care le consuma),<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1053\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1053\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-square-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-square-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">\u00cen ce perioada se elibereaza avizul de debransare de la \u00eencalzire? <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1053\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1053\"><p>Debransarile nu se pot realiza \u00een timpul sezonului de \u00eencalzire.Perioada de avizare a debransarilor de la \u00eencalzire este 1 mai-15 august.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1054\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1054\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-square-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-square-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">Cum se procedeaza efectiv la debransare dupa obtinerea avizului?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1054\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1054\"><p>Debransarea efectiva a caloriferelor se face de catre consumator, cu forte proprii, dupa care, reprezentantul ENET se deplaseaza la fata locului si \u00eencheie procesul verbal; calcularea consumurilor si facturarea se efectueaza pana la incheierea procesului verbal;<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1055\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1055\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-square-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-square-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">\u00cen ce conditii NU se aproba debransari de la \u00eencalzire?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1055\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1055\"><p>Conform legislatiei in vigoare (Ordinul ANRSC 91\/2007) debransarile individuale nu se pot executa \u00een acele condominii unde nu exista debransari anterioare. Nu se avizeaza debransari partiale, numai a unor corpuri de \u00eencalzire din cadrul spatiului cu destinatie de locuinta si\u00a0 nu sunt montate repartitoare de costuri.Este interzisa debransarea totala fara asigurarea \u00eencalzirii cu o sursa alternativa de producere a energiei termice.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1056\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"6\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1056\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon elementor-toggle-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-square-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened\"><i class=\"elementor-toggle-icon-opened fas fa-caret-square-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"\" class=\"elementor-toggle-title\">Nu locuieste nimeni \u00een apartament. Aceasta cuprinde : camera de zi, dormitoare, bai, wc, dus, bucatarie, spatii de depozitare si de circulatie \u00een interiorul locuintei.
